Dr Craig Russell Osteo

Biography:
He is Sci./B.App.Sci (Clin.Sci.) is a fully registered Osteopath and a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association (AOA). He graduated from RMIT in 1999, and has since worked in practices in Melbourne (currently South Yarra and now Mitcham). After gaining valuable experience in a mentoring role with the late Osteopath Jiri Benes, Craig now has a special interest in manipulative treatment of biomechanical problems, such as postural and sports injuries. In the sporting field, Craig now Osteopathically manages some of Australia’s top athletes. After being awarded the Prince of Wales award in 2003, Craig gained further experience with an overseas attachment with the General Osteopathic Council (UK) in both a research and practical role. He also lectures at Victoria University in the Osteopathic undergraduate program.

Biography:
She (BSc MHS (Osteo) Grad Cert Tert Ed Grad Cert Paeds) is a registered Osteopath. She obtained her Osteopathic qualification from Victoria University in Mebourne in 2001. This included a Masters project on rehabilitation of ankle sprains in football. Marnie has a keen interest in injuries in the limbs e.g. ankle, knee, shoulder and wrist. Work experience has been gained in hospitals both in Australia and overseas. Marnie has been involved in teaching and workshops for Sports Medicine Australia, RMIT and Victoria University. Marnie now teaches with the Sutherland Cranial Teaching Foundation (SCTF) and enjoys incorporating techniques from Osteopathy in the cranial field in her treatments. In 2008 Marnie completed a Graduate Certificate of Higher Education to compliment her teaching work and in 2011 she completed her Graduate Certificate in Paediatrics for Neonates for Manual Therapists to complement her special interest in working with babies and children.

She s a fully qualified and registered Osteopath. Although originally South African, Caryn obtained her degree from the University of Wales, through the European School of Osteopathy in the United Kingdom in 1997. Caryn worked for many years in England; in Kent and in South London before immigrating to live here in Australia. She has completed all the necessary qualifications to allow her to work here in Australia. She enjoys working both structurally and cranially, commonly treating conditions such as neck and back pain, headaches, sports injuries, postural problems, colic and reflux in babies and many more. Due to her training, Caryn likes to view and treat the body as a whole functioning unit and therefore takes a holistic approach to her treatments.
