Dr Tim McNamara

Biography:
Worked and lectured in the field of Osteopathy since graduating from his Bachelor/Masters double degree from Victoria University in 2012.

Has an interest in treating many types of musculoskeletal conditions however he is particularly adept at treating sports related injuries after working closely with elite Victorian basketball athletes and footballers over the past 5 years.

Also works for Corporate Work Health Australia Pty Ltd who specialise in workplace ergonomic assessments and education and currently conducts training and assessing across many large CBD based companies.

In his spare time Tim is an avid sportsman, having competed in Basketball, Australian Football, Cricket, Golf, Beach Volleyball, and Surfing from a young age until present. This in depth involvement has given him an extensive understanding of the biomechanics associated with a wide array of sports. This aids him in developing thorough and effective treatment and rehabilitation programs specific to each individual’s needs.

Dr Cathryn Leszczynski

Biography:
Has a long history of work within the fitness industry and private practice as a fully qualified Osteopath following a double degree from Victoria University.

Enjoys treating patients from all ages and all walks of life but particularly enjoys addressing headaches, neck pain, postural, sport or exercise induced problems.

Has a keen interest in preventative Osteopathy, adding functional rehabilitation techniques into most treatments so patients are able to be more involved in their own health.

She has a passion for educating patients about all aspects of health, particularly how they can become more active in maintaining a well moving, healthy body for whatever daily tasks they need to accomplish whether big or small!

Dr Heath Williams

Biography:
Has worked in the UK, Sweden and Australia as an Osteopath.

Currently lectures in Exercise Prescription/Rehabilitation at Victoria University and has previously lectured at the British School Osteopathy and London School Osteopathy.

Board member of the Australian and New Zealand Overseas Committee (ANZOC) which is responsible for accreditation of International Osteopaths wanting to practice in Australia and New Zealand.

Committee member of the Occupational Health & Safety Committee Special Interest Group with the Australian Osteopathy Association.

Co director of Corporate Work Health Australia Pty Ltd. Corporate Work Health Australia specialises in workplace ergonomic risk assessment and training, manual handling risk assessment and training and corporate seminars.
