GASTRIC SLEEVE SURGERY - 23rd March 2022. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every individual who took care of me during my stay at the Anadolu Hastanes Hospital. Thank you to Dr Cenk for his professionalism and service, he made me feel comfortable although I was really nervous prior to my surgery. He is very professional and courteous. A massive Thank You to Sevim (Agent - Co-Ordinator) who made sure all my needs were met with a smile. She is professional, courteous and always returns your messages whenever you need to correspond with her. Totally felt comfortable around her. Highly recommend contacting Savim prior to you booking your Treatment as she is the main person who will be with you throughout your treatment and stay at the hospital. I went on my own, my recommendation is to take someone with you as post-operation you could really do with a close friend or a family member for that emotional roller coaster of post-op effects to really wear off before you start recovering and actually get back on to your own feet. Also, make sure to use Google Translate as most of the nurses DO NOT speak or Understand English so please download Google Translate prior to your operation. I have now lost 13 Kg in just 5 weeks. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Travelled from Scotland to have bilateral knee replacement. Surgery went well no complications at all. The hospital is very clean and the staff were also very good. Only thing I did not like food to much but used the canteen. Sezen arranged everything and was so helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Dr Bora as he did an excellent job. Scars are healing nicely. He checked on myself twice a day and answered all of my questions. Great surgeon Great service. I suffered an anterior cruciate ligament rupture and meniscus tear as a result of an injury while playing volleyball. I chose Dr. Mesut upon my friend's suggestion. After the MRI result and physical examination, Dr. Mesut made the diagnosis. I had closed surgery a week after the injury. I chose spinal anaesthesia because it stated that the postoperative period would be more comfortable, and my surgery lasted 2 hours. During the pre-and post-operative period, Mr Mesut made me feel safe with the information he gave and reduced my pain with the medications he gave me. He received information about my situation through our daily phone calls and made the necessary suggestions. My range of motion and muscle strength progressed as they should, appropriate for the ACL weeks. He continued his check-ups during the physiotherapy I received 2-3 days a week. Thanks to his open communication and smiling face, I always felt at ease. Now I'm in the 6th week and my walking is back to normal and my range of motion is full.

I had my gallbladder removed due to very painful flare ups. The Allmedica clinic is absolutely spotless and very well run. The care given to me was second to none and excellent value for money. Oskar our star transport co-ordinator was absolutely fantastic, he went over and above and the extra mile to make everything run so smoothly, Oscar's colleagues for transportation. Having a very kind nurse come to the hotel to change dressings etc. We were picked up on arrival from Kraków airport and taken to the Ibis Styles Hotel. Transport was provided by Oskar to take us back to Kraków for our flight home. I would like to give a big thank you to Gillian (patient liaison manager) in Manchester. The whole experience for me has shown so much professionalism in all areas. Everyone was just so kind and helpful and couldn't do more for me. I was rather sad about leaving as Nowy Targ as it's such a beautiful place. All I can say is very well done to you all. I can't stop telling friends and family about my amazing and wonderful experience with Allmedica. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED .

I live in Canada and had been suffering from osteoarthritis in my left shoulder for a number of years. After trying various types of alternate solutions such as physiotherapy, visco-supplementation and cortisone injections, the conclusion was reached with the doctors involved that a full shoulder replacement surgery was the best, if not the only, solution to regain life quality moving forward. I got referred to an orthopedic surgeon, but was not getting any call back, and was unable to find out when I could possibly get that call, let alone go through the surgery. I began to search on the Web for organizations providing private medical services abroad. There are many out there, advertising services in many different countries. I reached out to several of them through their sites. Wellness Travels was the only one which, in my opinion, demonstrated a serious and human approach. Even though the clinic is located in a fairly remote country (Lithuania), this was not a deterrent since I exchanged daily for several weeks with a Lithuanian contact in Canada. All my questions and concerns were addressed throughout those exchanges. In addition, I had consultations with a very experienced Canadian based orthopedic surgeon, who performed thousands of surgeries throughout his career, and took the time to travel to the clinic, meet the surgeons and inspect the facilities thoroughly. He went to the extent of climbing up to the roof to verify the ventilation systems. With the coordinator we scheduled a date for the surgery and determined the best travel plans. When I finally got there, the clinic was exactly as what I saw on their website and what the doctor told me: immaculate and as modern as any other world class facility. From a pricing perspective, the cost was very reasonable, compared to the those advertised by the other sites. The surgery and rehab services were outstanding at every level. The surgeon even took the time to visit me every day during my stay to follow up on my progress. The physiotherapist showed up even on weekends to work with me and the other foreign patients. Surgery such as the one I got is a major undertaking, and an even more daunting one when travelling far from home away from family and friends. I took the risk to go for it, and it was worthwhile! In general, people who know me would confirm that I am a very demanding customer. So it is quite a leap for me to totally recommend without hesitation Wellness Travels to anyone in need of orthopaedic surgery.

Had hip replacement in 2018 with wonderful success. A genuine caring and professional doctor with a warm personality.

All were handled very efficiently. I met with Dr Jacek Laskowski, who ordered an immediate X-ray, after which hip replacement surgery was determined necessary. We then discussed the proper prosthesis and scheduled the surgery and all of the accompanying tests. The only problem was that on the paperwork my birth year was entered incorrectly. We caught the problem later, after returning home and promptly notified the Center.

I had an eyelid surgery with lip injections. Lower eyelid, fat injection and upper eyelid. It takes time to see the results but in a few weeks that was wonderful! Professional team, very good work and nice assistance from Elizabeth who welcomed me very well during my stay in Budapest. I did a follow-up in my country to check the eyelids and remove the strips as I did not stay long and my doctor noticed that the job has been done in an excellent way! I recommand Mona Lisa!
