At Healing Journey®, my responsibilities cover the full patient lifecycle from initial medical inquiry through on-ground logistical execution and post-treatment recovery.
Pre-Travel Consultation & Case Structuring
The cross-border journey starts with proactive pre-arrival consultation. I address patient inquiries, clarify travel expectations, and systematically compile medical records, including diagnostic imaging and clinical reports. Working directly alongside our Medical Director, Dr. Mehmet Çallıoğlu, and specialist physicians, I ensure each case undergoes detailed clinical review to establish an accurate, transparent treatment pathway before travel.
On-Ground Operations & Logistics
Upon arrival in Turkey, I manage ground operations from A to Z. I oversee airport pickups, private clinic transfers, accommodation, and clinical appointments. By coordinating hospital admissions, pre-operative tests, and specialist consultations, I keep every phase of the itinerary running smoothly.
On-Site Patient Advocacy & Translation
To remove language barriers, I provide on-site translation and bedside support during specialist consultations, diagnostic procedures, and hospital rounds. This ensures treatment plans, medical recommendations, and recovery protocols are fully understood by both the patient and the healthcare team.
Post-Discharge Continuity of Care
Coordination continues well after hospital discharge. Following treatment and the patient’s return home, I collaborate with our medical team to monitor recovery, coordinate translated medical documentation, and resolve post-operative questions.
