Eoin is from Ireland and has qualified as an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist from the Jing Institute in Brighton, prior to which, he gained a diploma in Sports Injury Massage Therapy from Morley College. He has worked with a wide variety of clients including Iron Man competitors, cyclists, fitness groups and a range of athletes. He has been involved with the Brothers Pearse hurling team in North London for the past 3 years, helping the squad to reach a Senior Championship final in 2014. Eoin specialises in helping people to get out of pain and prevent injury. He incorporates myofasical release therapy with deep tissue massage, together with trigger point therapy to break up scar tissue from old sports injuries or postural imbalances. He uses dynamic stretching to aid sore muscles return to their optimum length and mobility. Eoin is a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists and also has a background in kinesiology and nutrition.

Jo is a Sports massage therapist from Sydney, qualified with a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Australasian College of Natural Therapy in 2013 and ITEC Sports 4 certification from the London School of Massage. She has massaged for the Penrith Panthers Rugby team based in Sydney and currently also practices at offices across London doing corporate massage. She specialises in deep tissue active muscle releases in sports massage, and also offers seated acupressure and reflexology massage.
