I trained over 5 years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, graduating in Naturopathic and Herbal Medicine, including training in anatomy and physiology, pathology, clinical skills, and pharmacology and am a member of the Association of Master Herbalists.  I am constantly updating my skills with new courses and combine many different treatment modalities in order to provide the best combination for each patient. Magda Oliveira is an experienced and qualified holistic therapist and has been working for many years with a number of therapies that can help to ease a wide variety of conditions. In order to offer the most effective soothing and healing treatment she combines various massage techniques, Ayurvedic acupressure, Lymphatic drainage and Reflexology with firm or light pressure depending on the needs and preferences of the client. In her practice Magda Oliveira especially focuses on women's physical and mental health issues, including PMS, menopausal problems, fertility challenges, pregnancy, depression, migraines, exhaustion, insomnia,  muscular aches, pains and stiffness among many others.
