About Proactive Osteopathy & Sport Massage Clinic

Sharon's Massage & Sport Therapy Clinic are specialists in Non-surgical Pain and Injury Relief, Therapeutic Massage, Sport Therapy and rehabilitation. . We are open Mon - Sun 9:00 - 8pm.

Our treatments are a combination of Sport Therapy, Massage and Deep Tissue. Specialist treatment in: Joint pain, Muscular aches, Headaches, Strains & Pulls, Stiffness & tension, RSI - work related ailments & Performance and Preperation for big events.

Our philosophy within our Southampton Sport Therapy Clinic in Bedford Place is to tailor every treatment to each client's needs and get you back to full functional and occupational fitness.

5 50 Deep Tissue Massage

I had my first deep tissue massage with Sharon recently and thoroughly enjoyed it, definitely eased a lot of tension and felt amazing afterwards. The salon is in a really convenient location, the treatment room was very calming and relaxing and Sharon was really welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be returning soon!
