I have been using Physio Care following a total knee replacement operation, the quality of the service has been exceptional. I was given a personalised treatment plan designed to help my recovery and my progress has been carefully monitored. I attended the clinic months following a fractured T12 and the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Mahdi was very professional at all times. Listened with interest to my concerns/questions and provided me with constructive advice. I had deep tissue massage combined with? electronic massage, ultrasound and exercises to increase flexibility and quality of life. The exercises were not only advised but demonstrated by Mahdi and thereafter I performed the exercises to ensure I knew how to do them effectively. I highly recommend Jason Papworth. He is polite, professional, and, most important of all, empathic. He never blamed me for my condition and took my pain seriously. He explained what is the issue with my spine and his treatment plan. He gave me tips and information. After finishing the sessions, my pain subsided, and I could walk long distances without pain again.

Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.

Very pleased with the treatment I received. Have made a follow up appointment for 3 weeks time. In the meantime the exercises I was provided with have also helped me with my back strain. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would now recommend them as well.

My knee treatment so far has been great. John, the physio had a look at my difficulties and suggested a scan to ascertain whether I may have a meniscus tear. He also noted an imbalance in my legs, due to one hip being out of balance and immediately treated this. The adjustment has been a relief after years of walking with imbalance. I have an exercise programme and the use of TENS machine and massage each session gives much more freedom of movement without pain. Great value and a very helpful accomplished practitioner.

I went to see Tony at A W Physio summer of 2019 as I had constant lower back pain from facet joint degeneration which I have had for several years (I am 61 years of age). I have tried many treatments over the years but after seeing Tony for acupuncture and ultrasound my pain is much reduced. He gave me exercises to strengthen my core and so alot of it is down to me now to discipline myself to do them as I know the longer-term outcome is dependent on this strength work. Tony is a lovely guy, will make you feel at ease and wants to help. I would certainly recommend his clinic.

I first met Justine a few weeks ago after trapping a nerve in my lower back, this caused me great pain which leads to making my foot numb. I have attended 3 sessions and feel better than I have in years. Justine listened and treated my back/foot problem, I am now walking without the constant fear of tripping over.
