I attended the clinic months following a fractured T12 and the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Mahdi was very professional at all times. Listened with interest to my concerns/questions and provided me with constructive advice. I had deep tissue massage combined with? electronic massage, ultrasound and exercises to increase flexibility and quality of life. The exercises were not only advised but demonstrated by Mahdi and thereafter I performed the exercises to ensure I knew how to do them effectively. Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.

Tony was great, he provided great instructions on finding his location (it is not that straightforward). He took a full history and checked how I was feeling all the way through the appointment. Due to my history, he performed acupuncture and soft tissue massage on my back, which 1 day later has already seen some improvement. He sent a follow-up text the day after the appointment, to check how I was getting on. I would highly recommend.

Jenny came highly recommended and I nervously booked in for a consultation. Jenny is friendly approachaeable knowledgeable and most importantly listens to your concerns and requirements. I had concerns about lip lines but wanted a very natural result to reduce them without looking different. Jenny recommended fillers and was very confident and reassuring about the outcome being right for what i was looking for. I spent the first three days thinking anhh what i done and concealing some swelling with ice packs and makeup even though nobody even seemed to notice !. I was really struggling with knee pain after I had climbed Ben Nevis. It was stopping me from walking to work and to achieve daily tasks.
