Blue Wave Therapies provides sports massage therapy on the Causeway Coast of Northern Ireland, from Portstewart, Portrush and Coleraine to Ballymoney, Limavady, Kilrea and Ballycastle.

The ultimate goal of treatment is to allow for the improved physical and mental wellbeing of the client. Using various massage techniques we can not only engage with a number of musculoskeletal conditions but relax the mind targeting anxiety, stress and depression. This can vary greatly depending on the requirements of the individual. Some clients may opt for a relaxing treatment while others will opt for a deep tissue treatment targeting a specific problem.

Massage therapy is used in a wide range of professions and our treatmentsrelax and encourage recovery of muscles, improve circulation, break down fatty tissue, relieve tension, encourage the drainage of muscles and replenish nutrients improving both the internal structure and the overlying skin.

I practice sports massage therapy on the North Coast - primarily in the triangle area of Portstewart, Portrush and Coleraine. I also provide sports massage therapy for outside events throughout Ireland.
