Monsoon Wellness

I started my yoga journey while living in Thailand. Yoga taught me how my body, mind and soul were all one thing, and how to use that combination to connect to the greater world around me. I completed my 200 hour teacher training in India in 2009. This was such a profound experience, living and breathing yoga 24 hours a day. I knew that this was going to be my life's journey at that point. ? Monsoon Wellness began as an idea that grew into a reality when I returned to South Africa. I completed a Pilates instructors course in 2011 in order to add to my personal knowlege and to provide my clients with a greater variety of options.
