MLD - Manual Lymphatic Drainage Silver Coast

All the staff members were very polite. I am very much satisfied.

My treatment from Ingrida for significant back pain was outstanding. Her knowledge was impressive, her array of different techniques showed a deep understanding of the human body and how it responds, and her passionate professionalism has left a strong memory. Time was against us as I’m a traveler passing through Porto, but in three sessions she has helped me make real progress in pain reduction and increased mobility. Ingrida is a treasure within the Osteopathy treatment profession, and I would absolutely recommend her services. I am only sad, that time did not allow for a couple more sessions. But her generosity with the available time (including 1.5 hours on a Saturday afternoon) was an indication of her commitment to her healing profession. Thank you Ingrida, you have me back on the pathway, with a map, to pain free travel.
