Gz'zone - Massage & Cupping Therapy Porto

I highly recommend! The treatment was top-notch, and the level of professionalism was outstanding. What impressed me most was the personalised approach—I was given great exercise recommendations to help maintain the results in my everyday life. I’ll definitely be back.

Very professional massage and so convenient, since Omar comes to your home and brings his own table. I highly recommend this place.

I can't speak highly enough of Omar's skill, professionalism, knowledge and kindness. He was on time, explained everything when I asked, and worked with the complaints I had to tailor the service to my needs. Someone who takes pride in his work and cares mostly about the customer.

Omar is a great massage therapist. I had a 2-hour session with him while I was travelling to the city, and I enjoyed it a lot. A must-have when you are there.

Omar is incredible. The massage and cupping were everything I needed after a long flight from Chicago to start my adventures in Porto and the start of my Camino. I highly recommend X 10 for anyone looking to get a refresh for vacay or if you live in the area and need some relaxation. The deep tissue and cupping session combo is a must.

Omar is a really professional and detailed therapist. He has truly healing hands, and every session feels like more than just a massage—It’s a deeply relaxing and spiritual experience.

Omar is excellent in his craft. I had a mix of deep tissue, reflexology, and trigger point massage. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a massage.

Omar! Your hands have magic ✨. Thank you for the amazing work and the positive energy you bring to every session. You’re the best!

This was truly an extraordinary experience, a complete reset for both body and mind. Omar is an exceptional massage therapist and a true professional. He is skilled, attentive, and clearly passionate about his work.

Amazing atmosphere, professional service and such a calm, easygoing energy. The session felt peaceful and welcoming, and the hospitality was truly appreciated. Thank you for creating such a positive experience and making a real difference 🙏🌹

Amazing experience. Omar is top-notch when it comes to professional massage and Hijama therapy. Great service, very clean tools, and excellent results. Will definitely come back again.

After reading so many outstanding reviews, I had high expectations, and Omar exceeded every one of them.

I came in with a recent leg injury, muscle soreness, and a lot of tension. After listening carefully to my concerns, Omar explained his approach and recommended adding cupping therapy to the treatment. I ended up having a three-hour session, and every minute was worth it. He focused on all the problem areas, and by the end I felt like my entire body had been reset. Omar truly is a "human mechanic."

What impressed me most was not only his knowledge and technique but also the genuine care he shows.. He finished the session by teaching me stretching exercises to help with my recovery, proving that he cares about your long-term well-being, not just the treatment itself.

I walked away feeling relaxed, pain-free, and refreshed. I highly recommend Omar to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and exceptionally skilled massage therapist.

Omar is an incredibly talented massage therapist and a true professional. Without a doubt this was one of the best massages I have ever experienced. He helped release tension throughout my entire body, and you can immediately tell that he genuinely loves what he does.

His knowledge, skill, and attention to detail are exceptional. On top of that, he is kind, respectful, and makes you feel completely comfortable. I only wish I had found him sooner because I would have booked many more sessions. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you, Omar!
