About Eva Lennox

Given the environment in which a lot of us live today, it is no wonder that we can find ourselves out of balance sometimes. It is important to allow ourselves time to check back in with our body. Massage is a beautiful way to de-stress, relax, and let go of the tensions that we hold. It is when we are in a state of restful relaxation that we can heal.

I offer several different styles of massage so whether you are feeling worn out and need relief for your tired, tense body or just simply want to give yourself time out to be pampered, you will find something here that's for you.

Aromatherapy Massage

The essential oils used in Aromatherapy are extracted from fruits, flowers, trees and seeds, and are used for their specific effects on different bodily systems. Aromatherapy Massage involves the use of one or more oils in a blend either to treat a particular ailment or purely for the pleasure of their scent!

Holistic Massage

The approach taken to a holistic treatment takes the whole being into account ie not just physical symptoms. Based around Swedish massage technique, this may draw on several styles in order to give a unique treatment that is specific to your needs.

Indian Head Massage

In Indian Head Massage the movements are applied to the head, neck, face and upper back. It is a gentle yet firm and powerful massage that clears blockages of energy which can lead to ailments such as muscle tension, stiffness, headaches and fatigue.

Lomi Lomi Massage

Lomi Lomi is a unique massage aimed at restoring balance and harmony within the body, mind and spirit. 

I use forearms, hands and elbows with intuitive movement and breath which gives an experience that overwhelms the mind with sensation and allows the body to open up to reveal and release layers of tension, resulting in a sense of wholeness and peace.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage is a beautiful opportunity to allow you to experience comfort and relaxation, while also helping to alleviate some of the aches and pains associated with this time of physical and emotional change.

A customised massage incorporates beautiful flowing Lomi Lomi massage strokes to nurture and soothe the body. The treatment is adapted to suit your individual needs but usually consists of a full body treatment ending with neck, facial & scalp massage.

Biography:

Having always been drawn to massage I followed my intuition and began studying holistic therapies full time in 2009, completing two years’ study in several modalities of massage (including Holistic, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage) along with anatomy & physiology and nutrition, qualifying through ITEC and CIBTAC. 

In 2012 I also trained with Louise Kleu in the beautiful and sacred art of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage. 

I love the opportunity that working as a massage therapist offers to learn about all things holistic and the constant evolution this brings both personally and professionally.

I am passionate about the powerful effect that touch therapies can have on a person. I gently encourage each client to relax and release- allowing tensions to go and energy to flow so that balance can be restored.
