Epi-LASIK Izmir Province

I had laser eye surgery at Batıgöz Eye Hospital two weeks ago, and so far I am very happy with the results. Before the surgery, I had myopia and astigmatism with around -6 vision. I chose Batıgöz because of their excellent reviews, TÜV certifications, modern equipment, and especially the experience of their doctors, who have been performing these procedures daily for many years. However, what impressed me the most was the communication and support from the clinic staff. I contacted three different clinics with questions, and Batıgöz was the only one that kept responding consistently — even during weekends. They answered every question patiently and made me feel understood, appreciated, and safe throughout the whole process. The clinic also organised a very nice hotel for me, my wife, and my child, and arranged transportation between the hotel and the clinic. Everything was smooth and well-organised. I was extremely nervous before the procedure, so I want to give special thanks to Dr. Methiye Önder. She spoke very good English and made me feel in good hands from our very first examination and meeting. The surgery itself was very fast. Right after the operation, I did not feel great, but Dr. Önder explained that this was completely normal. About 6 hours later, I suddenly started feeling much better, and the next day I honestly felt like a new person. During the post-surgery checkup, the doctor even gave me a special lens for my right eye because it had been chronically dry, explaining it would help it heal faster. We even managed to explore Istanbul a little after the surgery, and I had no issues with my new vision apart from the normal and expected temporary symptoms. Now, two weeks later, many of those symptoms have already disappeared. The doctor explained that the full healing process takes around 6 months. I am already very happy with the outcome. If I had to go through the whole experience again, I would definitely do it. Thank you again to Dr. Methiye Önder, her team, and Batıgöz Clinic. I had read many scary stories online before the surgery, but at Batıgöz I truly felt I was in good hands.

I flew from Manchester 🇬🇧 on 2nd December for keratopigmentation ( eye colour change) after extensive research i decided to go ahead with Kaskaologlu Eye Hospital. From airport transfer to Hotel stay, everything was perfect. But when it came to the actual procedure, it was beyond expectation. Miss Derya explained everything in details and Dr Mahmut carried out the procedure with utmost care, and his vast experience in this field is second to none! His entire team, fromthe patient coordinator (Ayman) to fellow surgeons will put you at ease before and after the surgery. I will 100% recommend this Hospital for any eye-related procedure. I will be going back to Dr Mahmut Kaskaloglu for my Trifocal surgery in few months' time.

I had a Lasik Femtosecond eye surgery for myopia on Sept 28th 2022. Everything went perfectly. I was a bit stressed at first (because it is eye related + I did not know what to expect) but now I'm very glad I did it! When I arrived at the clinic I met Akin, a professional interpreter who has been accompanying me through the whole process, from the pre-surgery exams to the post-exams. He has been very calm and reassuring. He translated everything for me and answered all my questions, and even stayed with me during surgery, which was really comforting. I thank him very much! I was operated on by Hayati Turker, who is a very serious and professional surgeon. I am very grateful for what he did for me as I can now see perfectly. In conclusion, I highly recommend this clinic.
