Mr Mohammad Rosman

Head and Consultant, Refractive Surgery Service MBBS, MMed(Ophth), FRCS(Ed), FAMS Asst Prof Rosman is a consultant ophthalmologist in the Refractive Surgery Service and Cataract and Comprehensive Service, Singapore National Eye Centre. He is also an Assistant Professor (regular rank) from the Graduate School of Medicine, Duke-NUS. He is also the Head of the Refractive Surgery Service which subspecialises in the correction of myopia, astigmatism, hyperopia and presbyopia through various surgical procedures, including LASIK, SMILE and ICL surgeries. Asst Prof Rosman completed his medical training in 1997 at the National University of Singapore and was the Valedictorian for his graduating class. After obtaining his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) and Fellowship of the Academy of Medicine in Ophthalmology in 2007, Asst Prof Rosman subsequently went on to complete 2 advanced Fellowship Programmes on Refractive Surgery at the Singapore National Eye Centre and at the VISSUM Eye Institute in Spain.

Dr Chan Tat Keong

Dr Chan graduated from the medical school of the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1985. After completing his residency training in ophthalmology, he was appointed to the academic staff of the Department of Ophthalmology at NUS and to the clinical staff of the Singapore National Eye Centre. In 1994, he was awarded the China Medical Board Fellowship by NUS to undertake an overseas fellowship programme. Dr Chan completed a clinical and research fellowship in Cornea / External Eye Disease and Refractive Surgery at the prestigious Wilmer Eye Institute, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, U.S.A. Dr Chan holds numerous appointments and memberships in many international and local professional organizations. These appointments include: Key member of the Infectious Disease Task Force, American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgery (ASCRS). International Council member, International Society of Refractive Surgery (ISRS). ISRS representative member for Singapore. International member, American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO). International member, American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgery (ASCRS).

Dr Lim Li

Head & Senior Consultant (Clinical Service and Education), Corneal & External Eye Disease Service Senior Consultant, Refractive Surgery Service and General Cataract & Comprehensive Ophthalmology Service MBBS, MMed(Ophth), FRCS(Ed), FAMS Adjunct Assoc Prof Lim Li is the Head and Senior Consultant (Clinical Service and Education) of the Corneal and External Eye Disease Service at the Singapore National Eye Centre with sub-specialist training in corneal and external eye disease. She completed her medical and general ophthalmic training in Singapore and her corneal fellowship training both in Singapore and Australia. Her interests include cataract surgery, management of corneal and external eye diseases, corneal transplantation surgeries, refractive surgeries including LASIK and medical contact lenses. She has published several scientific papers in international peer-reviewed journals, written book chapters and has participated as invited speaker at local and international meetings. She is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate ophthalmology education and holds an appointment as a clinical senior lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, Her current research interests include the surgical treatment options for keratoconus. She is also the deputy director of the Singapore Eye Bank and Honorary Secretary of the College of Ophthalmologists, Academy of Medicine, Singapore.
