I came in for cardiac ablation. I was very nervous but the doctors and nurses put me at ease. The medical staff were wonderful. My room was spotless. My treatment was first class, food was okay too. All the staff including the cleaning staff were very polite and friendly.

I had eye laser surgery in Cagin Eye Hospital last summer. One of my friend in my hometown suggested this hospital and after a little research, I decided to try and be examined by Kursat Cagin, MD. Who is an experienced doctor and also owner of Cagin Eye Hospital. Everything about the Cagin Eye Hospital is very calming. I was so scared before the surgery. Dr. Cagin put my mind at rest as soon as I entered the operation room. I needn’t have worried at all. The procedure wasn’t scary in the slightest and the results are amazing. I’ve always hated my glasses and the surgery really has changed my life. I think everyone should get it done. Cagin Eye Hospital is really hygienic and has modern technology. I felt secure and relaxed after I had been into the hospital. After the operation, I stayed in a hotel nearby the hospital. The hospital paid all the charges for me. They also have a translator for German, English, Russian and Arabic languages. The price of the procedures is cost-effective. Thank you for everything!

According to the medical indications and contraindications the OKOMED eye clinic offers to the patients all the best methods of refractive surgery available for today.Using Excimer laser we provide both LASIK and PRK (Photorefractive keratectomy) surgery. Photorefractive keratectomy was the first method of vision correction using Excimer laser. PRK is a non-contact Excimer laser ablation of cornea surface layers, having no influence on the inner structures of the eye. The main purpose of this surgery is practically the same as in LASIK procedure, this is to improve vision by correcting abnormalities of refraction. PRK could be effective for: Myopia (short or nearsightedness) from -1,0D to 6,0 D, Astigmatism from -0.5D to -3.0 D and Hyperopia (farsightedness) up to +3.0 D. PRK and LASIK are basically the same technique, however there is a difference between them. In PRK procedure, epithelium is removed and the outermost layer below the epithelium is treated with laser. In LASIK, epithelium is not removed. The surgeon will fold the epithelial layer out of the laser treatment field, and fold it back in its original place after cornea has been reshaped by laser. PRK does not involve a knife, microtome or cutting laser as used in LASIK, but recovery period versus LASIK could last longer.

Firstly let me say I have had surgery in Turkey before and this experience surpassed the other by miles. From the moment I contacted Can nothing was too much trouble. Any question I needed answered was done quickly. I had a post-bariatric tummy tuck and breast lift with implants and I couldnt be happier. My scars are really neat and are healing well. I'm still swollen but am extremely happy with my results so far thanks to Dr Remzi. The nurses were so helpful and friendly and even though some didnt understand English there was never an issue with communication. A massive thank you to Serap, Esra, Jamelia(probably incorrect spelling)and Reva who made my experience even better by being with me through this journey you are all amazing, beautiful and caring women and the support you provide is incredible. I selected the WEC by a devious route from another Eye Specialist who operates worldwide. The reason was they could not offer the right product (Trifocals IOL) to me. I got the Lenses replaced on Oct/2019. Any aspect of the procedure, from pre-checks, preparation, surgery, and aftercare is flawless. You are in absolute professional hands. I did a lot of private research in preparation of the surgery. Ultimately, I had not many questions left on Dr Cummings and was convinced it is the only right decision. Big thanks to Kurt V. and his YT video series (Testimonial Trifocals IOL lens implant). It answered questions I don't even know to ask. The entire work, together with the Lasik correction if needed afterwards, is on the end not pricier than from this big players which makes these low price advertisements. Thanks a million to the Wellington Eye Clinic Team.
