City Bridge Dental

I contacted this dental practice based on a recommendation from a neighbour. I had had an awful experience at another local practice and was somewhat hesitant about registering at a new practice. I have no regrets. From the first point of contact (by phone) to my first face-to-face contact with the receptionists, the whole way through to the dentist himself (Nick Ross), the experience was positive. What a wonderful chair-side manner Nick has. So professional. So kind. So able to help patients to feel calm. So clear in his explanations. If you are someone who is nervous about going to the dentist or embarrassed because you do not have perfect teeth, do not hesitate to register with this practice. It is a private clinic but it is worth every penny.

This was a regular 6-month check-up followed by an appointment with the hygienist. The surgeries are spacious & the equipment really "up to date", the staff very pleasant & friendly which all helps especially if you are at all nervous. Would recommend without hesitation.

I have been attending City Bridge Dental for over 10 years and have always found the attendances to be excellent. The professional and personal attention that I have received is exemplary.

l was referred to Mary Gibson by my own dentist with severe gum problems a few years ago and have had the best periodontal treatment since. l now only see Mary every nine months as she has successfully reversed and now keeps my gums in order by having a treatment nine monthly. I can only praise Mary her assistant Ali and indeed the whole team at City Bridge, who make something that could be unpleasantly bearable, thank you all.

I am away on holiday at the moment and have an appointment with my dentist in Romsey to talk over the options open to me. I will obviously get back with any decision I make as soon as I return from my week's holiday and my appointment on the 27th March. Totally satisfied with my treatment and with the two dental plans given.

I telephoned on a Friday afternoon to ask for an appointment to re-set a crown which was about to fall out. By mid-day, on Monday that was all sorted, to my entire satisfaction.

Just completed over two years of serious procedures.

Clinically very good. Lacked a bit of TLC at times.

I had an infection in the root canal and surrounding bone structure of a crowned molar that had previously had the nerve incompletely removed.

My usual dentist recommended that I should have the necessary corrective treatment carried out by a specialist and recommended City Bridge Dental.

In view of the complexity of the task, the special equipment required and the care and attention that I received I found this to be good advice. The treatment was not cheap but was wholly worth it.

All the staff at City Bridge Dental were welcoming and helpful. Dr Imran Azam, who treated me, was reassuring; briefing me thoroughly before each stage of the treatment and ensured that I experienced no undue discomfort. He has also kept my usual dentist fully informed on his findings and the treatment given.

I had large pockets around my teeth and bleeding gums. I also had a couple of loose teeth which had become unstable due to some bone loss. The team at City Bridge formulated a treatment plan for me. At the end of this treatment plan, I had two implants fitted and my gum health has been transformed, no pockets or bleeding. My mouth has never been healthier, all thanks to City Bridge Dental.

I chose City Bridge because my impression was this is a professional practice. This impression was confirmed after my first appointment. Subsequent treatment plan reinforced that opinion and I can highly recommend City Bridge.

Hygiene Appointment - twice a year to keep reduce the chance of expensive and uncomfortable issues. I feel I have been blessed with good teeth and good dentists. Hygiene Appointments are now more important to me as they're more 'preventive' and this approach really seems to work for me. It's £100 per session, which is expensive but I feel represents good value for money in the longer term.

I use this clinic following personal recommendation a couple of years ago. It has consistently delivered a good service, is very professional and pragmatic. The team are super friendly without being cloying and leave you feeling both at ease and cared for. So glad that there is a 'Superb' option for this clinic!

I have been coming to City Bridge Dental for a few years now. I always received first class treatment no matter what procedure I am having done.

The staff are always cheerful, polite and efficient. They can always fit you in for an appointment, especially if you have an emergency. I would always give them five stars.

I was seen by Mary who is exceptional in her knowledge, her approach and I am pleased to note that after a run of several visits (6). I am finally seeing signs of improvement. The clinic staff are polite, helpful and professional. Costs for treatment are on the high side but you are paying for experience and knowledge. I have seen results so it is hard to put a value on this.

Dental check-up, advice on a problematic implant. Thorough hygiene clean and advice for the infected implant.

Always have confidence in the treatment and hygiene advice. Not the cheapest but professional and effective.
