State-of-the-art dental practice, impeccable customer service manner. Communication was brilliant, front office and doctors alike. They managed to offer a same-day appointment, as I had an urgency. The doctors explained thoroughly the whole procedure, always making sure that I am comfortable and they did a very fine job.

I have traveled about 7.000 km by plane to get to Office Dent in Pliesti, Romania and trust them with some extensive dental work including deep scalling operation, bone grafting, zirconiums, extractions, etc. Needless to say that Dr. Mihai Dorobantu, Dr. Raluca Dragichi and Dr. Cristian Nicolae are truly perfectionists in every aspects of their work (and I felt it every single day in no matter how small or big the dental proceedure was). I highly recommend them all...I have kept a diary/blog throughout this experience and over all I feel very lucky to have found such professional, compassionate and...CARING dentists! Thank you, Office Dent and its amazing staff!!!

I contacted Office Dent a week ago...from Canada. In the same time I had been contacted a few other dental offices with the same questions regarding a rather complex and serious dental work that I will require. Needless to say that Office Dent Ro provided me with as many details as I needed, a throughout and very professional treatment plan (based on the pictures and panoramic x-ray that I sent to them through email). I also contacted them by phone and we set up the details of the work that I am set to have done in a couple of weeks in their clinic. My plane ticket to Romania is booked, my appointments with Office Dent are also booked and all this trust was possible because their excellent customer service and care. The price tey quote me was also satisfactory and well worth to make this trip. I am sure this will be an entirely positive experience from the beginning until the end.
