I've had back pain for 30 years and been to many, many doctors, spine surgeons, chiropractors, back specialists over that time, none of whom have been able to solve the problem. I found Bodywell about 9 months ago and for the first time got some proper advice about why the pain was occurring and what to do about it. It takes time, effort and it's by no means cheap, but I've had no pain (either in my back or elsewhere) for the best part of six months now. I can play golf at any time and interestingly, it's also assisted with my mental health - moods are better, optimism is stronger, thoughts are more positive. It's no small undertaking in terms of the number of visits needed (particularly initially) and the costs are therefore significant, but if the management of pain is important to you.
