Sarah grew up in the greater Manchester area of the UK, working in different part time jobs whilst in education. She started to take an interest in the rehabilitation of injuries whilst at Wigan and Leigh College studying As and A levels in Biology, Chemistry, Sociology, and Psychology so decided to undertake an advanced VCTC in Sport Exercise Therapy and Sport Massage Therapy becoming a fully qualified Sports Therapist in 2005, she then went on to study Sports Rehabilitation at The University of Bolton whilst also working voluntarily and part time with different sports groups and clinics, finishing her degree in 2009, with a dissertation specialising in strength and conditioning, Sarah became a fully qualified Sports Rehabilitator. Since graduating Sarah has again worked with many different sports clubs and clinics including Ashton Athletic FC, Atherton Collieries FC, Huddersfield Giants RLFC, Liverpool Wellbeing Centre, and Hands on Health Leek. In November 2009 Sarah purchased The Cheshire Health Clinic and has began to treat patients here as well as still working at various other locations, her treatments include the rehabilitation of injuries caused by sports and everyday life by using deep tissue massage, soft tissue frictions, stretches and mobilisation and manipulation of the spine and any other major joints. She can also prescribe specific exercises for the aid of rehabilitation to do at home and at the gym.
