Anne is an excellent acupuncturist - for her manner first and foremost, which is warm, friendly, and open. I always felt totally comfortable both during consultations and during needle treatment. Anne is truly professional and an expert in her discipline and she helped me greatly. I always look forward to attending her clinic - the treatment room itself is a haven of white which promotes bliss and calm. I have learned much from attending acupuncture - acupressure, nutrition, Taoism, and general self-care. Attending Anne's clinic was my introduction to TCM and I really feel a whole new world was opened up to me and I now am and will always be a devotee of Chinese medicine.

I have been attending SCRSUGERY a practice run by Doctor Ismail Said for a number of years. On my first visit, Dr. Said gave me a thorough and very professional examination, he listened very carefully and sympathetically to all my medical concerns and at all times I found him to be extremely courteous, kind, and compassionate. Since then whenever I returned I have received the exact same treatment and care from Dr Said. In my humble opinion, Dr. Said would make a great role model for how all Doctors in Ireland should treat their patients and I am delighted to say he is my Doctor now and for the rest of my life. As regards the value for the fee/s charged I would be more than happy to say it was excellent and great value. Dr.Said is a very professional and knowledgeable man and I have no hesitation in recommending both him and his excellent practice.

Hypnotherapy in general is found to be more than twice as effective as nicotine gum. Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), including nicotine patches or nicotine gum, nasal sprays etc. are some of the most popular methods used by people in an attempt to stop smoking. However, research studies reveal that NRT has a success rate of 7.2%. Compare this with the success rate of will power alone, which is 6%.      Noteworthy to mention that many of the hypnotherapists in the study employed hypnosis alone, often using outdated methods lacking an evidence base. My approach combines hypnosis with cognitive behavioural strategies and interventions, which increases effectiveness further. In other words, these results improve considerably when combining clinical hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy procedures and protocols.       This multi component approach works on many different levels to aim to break the habit, providing you the tools to help you to succeed.
