Each session made me feel more confident in myself. Sinead helped me to believe in myself. Before going to Sinead I always felt socially awkward, very anxious and had extremely low self-esteem, she helped me to overcome my anxiety and fear of not being in control. Before my first session I didn't know about hypnotherapy or how it worked but thanks to Sinead she made me feel comfortable right from the start and I feel it has improved my well being, confidence and basic aspect of life in general. I would highly recommend Sinead to anyone.

I cannot recommend Luke in Kilkenny Hypnosis highly enough, I saw Luke last July 2019 for weight loss and my chocolate and Sweets addiction! I had tried so many different diets and nothing ever worked, so this was the last resort for me. to be honest, I was very sceptical, I cannot describe my first visit with Luke, I wanted to give up chocolate, crisps, deserts, and anything sweet, I came out of my first visit with Luke like my brain was reset and restarted. And to my huge surprise 14 months later and I still have not eaten any of the above, I did not find it hard at all to give them up, it was like they never existed and I had zero longings for them. I was so focused and so happy with myself that I no desire to eat them, I lost 2 and a half stone in the first 6 months and I have kept it off, I am so grateful to Luke, my life is so different now and I even see things so much differently now, Thanks so much, Luke...
