Our emotions and our bodies are deeply connected. When feelings like stress, grief, or unspoken anger build up, they often show themselves through physical symptoms such as fatigue, tension, ongoing health struggles, relationship difficulties and feeling like life is working against us rather than for us.
In the same way, when we nurture positive emotions and create space to process what we feel, our bodies respond with greater energy, balance, and resilience and we can start to move through life with more ease and flow.
My holistic coaching approach is shaped by this blend of scientific training, health education, body-based practice, and intuitive healing traditions. I
use tools and practices like mindfulness, breathing techniques, meditation, body awareness, NLP, somatic release and intuition to help bridge the gap between mind and body, promoting healing and balance across all aspects of life.
