Reflexology is the practice of treating reflex points and areas in the feet and hands that relate to the organs and parts of the body. It is an extremely relaxing treatment, leaving clients with a feeling of lightness and well-being. It improves sleep patterns, boosts the immune system and activates the clients own healing powers. Treatments are either short - 45minutes, or full 60 minutes.

treatments start at €25.00 for half hour, to €50.00 for 1 hour 15 mins.

Hot Stone massage. Min treatment 1 hour, max 90 minutes  €50.00 & €70.00

Facial Rejuvenation, or Natural Facelift Massage - As featured on Ten Years Younger a sublime facial massage which aside from inducing deep relaxation, has the added bonus of exfoliating, increasing the circulation leaving you with a glowing complexion and over the course of 6 - 10 treatments, toning sagging muscles in the face and reducing fine lines and wrinkles. Upkeep is by one treatment every 4 - 6 weeks. Dramatic improvement can be seen after just one treatment.
