Reflexology is a fabulous treatment. It feels like you are being pampered, but it also has so many benefits. It is really quite amazing to think that all areas of the body can be accessed through the feet. I'm not sure I fully believed in it as a therapy myself at first, but once I started to treat people I was blown away by the positive response. Of course it is not a miracle cure for any ailments or diseases, nor is it a medical treatment. However, it is often a very good step toward overall wellness and can help the body to prevent illness by supporting the immune system and cleansing the body of toxins and waste. I must say I am passionate about what I do and always ensure the greatest of care is afforded to all of my clients. If you have private healthcare insurance you can claim back part of the cost of your treatments, depending on which policy you are on.
