In the past, I have had careers in the public, private and voluntary sectors. I worked for 12 years in total the financial sector, working in a centralised customer service role as part of the liaison team with the Ombudsman for Credit Institutions and then as a Legal Executive. I then changed paths and worked for a further 10 years as a frontline Care Worker with a Homeless Agency, working with homeless adults, or those at risk of becoming homeless. This also involved advocacy work and liaising with various government and other organisations. I have also had some experience working in the private sector. In my various jobs, I have worked on the ground, in staff training and in management roles.
In addressing my own personal challenges, I explored a variety of different methods. Because of the fast, effective and efficient results I personally achieved with NLP and Hypnosis, and witnessing the same in others, I decided to train in the field. I now work full time in this area and am driven by a desire to share the benefits of these life-changing approaches with others.
