Primary service is the provision of a one to one session in Stress Management while also including the therapeutic benefits of Meditation and Mindfulness along with an understanding of appropriate C.B.T. {Cognitive Behavioural Therapy} techniques. The sessions are between 3 and 8 weeks depending on the exact nature of the Stress condition. In a recent U.K. Government Medical report, it was estimated that approximately 58 to 63 per cent of all patients attending their G.P. were attending due to a stress related condition. Many physical conditions can be as a result of underlying stress. As a qualified Therapist in Counselling, psychology, Therapeutic Mindfulness, Stress Management and as a Registered Meditation Teacher, Registered Trainer and qualified also in Reiki and Seichem  and Tai Chi. I approach each client from a Holistic { The whole Person - not just the mind } understanding and also tailor the sessions to be appropriate to each client.
