What does the treatment look like?During the treatment you lie on a couch, fully dressed and covered with a blanket and I place my hands on your body in a sequence of positions, thereby acting as a channel for the reiki energy. You are the healer yourself as you draw in reiki to where it is needed - physically, mentally and emotionally. The treatment is a highly relaxing experience which many people describe as "being in the present". You may feel various sensations such as heat, cold or tingling in certain parts of your body or you may simply fall into a "reiki slumber".The Reiki session lasts one hour.
