The case history taking lasts for approximately an hour and a half as I aim to get a comprehensive view of the problem the person comes to me with. Having a background in naturopathy as well as herbal medicine, I am very interested in  an individual's nutritional requirements being adequately met. Bowen is a therapy that is used on humans, canines and equines!! The treatment is essentially holistic, treating the whole body and helping it to maintain the natural state of homeostasis. Bowen is a non-invasive and very relaxing experience.
