Amazing sports massage, head massage, reflexology I have received from Mohan. I visited so many times, and lots of my friends visited too. Very experience person, he can tell everything before even asking about how you going through in life. He surprises me sometimes, why he doesn't tell more about his extraordinary technic of therapy. Note- His honestly can be bitter. Take it positive that will help yourself. I recommend him as the best person to get a massage in Donegal, maybe the whole of Ireland. Great Price as well.

The whole treatment was a non-invasive, gentle and professional experience complemented by fascinating, informative discussion and individually-tailored lifestyle advice. Roger is attentive and offers exceptional, knowledgeable care. The clinic is situated overlooking spectacular views of the sea bringing peace and calm just walking through the beautiful, lush garden to arrive already relaxed. Highly recommended.

Caroline is a complementary therapist of 14 years.   Contrary to belief, reflexology is not a 'pamper' treatment and will not simply massage or tickle your feet.  Reflexology is a sequence of movements over the feet or hands, that can result in increased relaxation and greater awareness of health, which can allow the body to heal other health problems that may be present.  Reflexology can be quite surprising for your health but you need to try it to find out!  On the whole reflexology is not ticklish, nor do I care what state your feet are in that just makes the treatment all the more relevant, though clean is always nice.  I am also a qualified Nutritional Therapist (Functional Medicine) and will give you personal advice on some dietary changes you can make to improve your overall health as well.
