I have IBS and recently visited Erica for a food intolerance test. I found Erica to be so friendly and full of knowledge regarding my condition. I have followed Erica's advice and I'm beginning to feel the benefits. I discovered I'm intolerant to eggs and dairy and also slightly to wheat. I'd definitely recommend Erica, she's so full of knowledge and helpful tips.

I was anxious about the colonic irrigation and whether it would really help. At my first appointment I was very much put at ease and decide to go for a course of treatments. I have been impressed by the monitoring and following up I received during my course, which allowed me to understand exactly what I was doing wrong and how to improve my IBS. I feel much better now and this is thanks for the attentive staff lead by Val the director. Definitely recommend.

I have had treatments from this acupuncturist/herbalist over the past four years. Her manner welcoming she puts you at your ease immediately as she talks to you, taking notes and asking questions before proceeding with your treatment. I find her competent, intuitive and very knowledgeable about her craft. I always leave with a sense of well-being. She helped with my recovery from open-heart surgery. My experience was excellent.

Excellent session with Lyndsey who made me feel very comfortable and was very informative and knowledgeable. The acupuncture was extremely relaxing. As I am awaiting the results of tests, I have put further sessions on hold but will return once I have a clear picture regarding my health.

I chose this clinic because I’d attended it years ago and was familiar. I didn’t get the results I wanted because you have to have multiple sessions before it’s effective. The treatment, as well as the Chinese herbs, are very expensive. I have a few medical conditions I was treating with the acupuncture. I think I went for four half-hour sessions at the clinic. The herbs didn’t really agree with me. However, I was treated very well and enjoyed my experience there.

It was very pleasant and interesting. I've learnt a lot about food. Going to have a few sessions to improve my IBS.
