The clinics are located in Oving and Bagnor Regis in Sussex and in Guildford in Surrey. The Oving clinic is registered by the West Sussex health Authority as a Day Case Facility, the National Care Standards Commission and the Healthcare Commission. Procedures performed include physiotherapy, podiatry, osteopathy, sports massage, electrotherapy and administering facet joint injections.

Osteopathic clinics at four locations in London are run by expert Osteopath Nita Mistry. Osteopathic methods are used to gently correct pain and disorders of the spine and joints. Stress relief for patients is achieved through cranial osteopathy which involves gentle manipulative pressure to relieve pain from the head and other parts of the body. My Osteopathic journey began way back in 1991 when a very serious road traffic accident left me incapacitated and needing a lengthy rehabilitation. The clinics also offer exercise and other classes to teach patients to stay healthy for life. Therapies offered by the clinics include massages, beauty therapies, colonic hydrotherapy, counselling, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Cognitive therapy and psychotherapy, acupuncture, physiotherapy, chiropractic services and Reiki among others. Classes run by both clinics are yoga, Pilates and Osho meditation.

Welcome to Jane Kennedy’s Studio here at Blackstairs Wellness.  We are situated in picturesque village of Kiltealy which is located in the foothills of the Blackstairs Mountains, County Wexford.  The Studio is in a quite, peaceful and tranquil setting, where you can join us on one of our weekly Yoga or Pilates Classes or 1:1 sessions, Wellness Retreat Packages or any of our Therapy sessions. Wellness Retreat Days are run monthly and great for when you need some extra time to switch off, feel nourished and reconnect.  Our Wellness For Two package is a personalised mini retreat for two people to include Craniosacral Therapy or Swedish Massage, Personalised Class or your choice and delicious home cooked vegetarian lunch.
