I can say that the clinic is quite successful. However, the fact that I had treatment with curebooking made me more satisfied, of course. If you are going to receive treatment at a clinic in Turkey, do so with a healthcare provider. Curebooking offered many quotes and treatment plans for me, so I chose the appropriate one. Afterwards, they took care of me both during and after the treatment. Maybe I wouldn't have gotten such good treatment without them. However, you should know that if you are going to receive treatment in Turkey or in another country, make sure that there is a bridge between you and the place where you will receive treatment. Thus, bad treatments and treatment will be as far away from you.

Had my hair transplant done 9 months ago. I'm from the UK. From start to finish transes was brilliant. The before and after care was spot on. I couldn't have asked for any more from them and as for my results it's completely changed my life I was very insecure before hand and this has given me the confidence I needed and made me look 10 years younger. It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.

I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
