I initially contacted Surgery Group via email and was contacted by Matthew in no time at all, with him kindly taking time to discuss things over the phone and provide answers to any questions I had. This was followed by a phone consultation with Dr Moussa, who really impressed me and made me feel confident I was talking to the right guys to undergo what was a massive thing for me. I booked the procedure without hesitation. I'm now day 16 following my FUE procedure conducted by Dr Moussa and his great team of technicians in Nottingham. I cannot fault the service I received on the day and the way I was looked after by all involved. Dr Moussa was fantastic and worked with me to create my new (vastly improved) hairline until we were both happy with the design. The procedure itself was pretty much pain free, with extractions and implantations carried out by the experienced technicians, with Dr Moussa performing the incisions for the grafts in-between. Time flew by and before I knew it I was ready to leave. I chose to stay in the local Novotel hotel the night before my treatment (booked and paid for by Matthew) and drove home after the main event as I felt absolutely fine to do so. Aftercare was provided by Jake (who I met at the end of my procedure), who was in contact daily during the all important first few days and was available to answer any queries I had quickly and clearly. It was great knowing you were speaking to someone who had gone through the procedure themselves. Now I await the inevitable shed of the newly implanted hairs but look forward to what will be life changing growth a few months from now. I highly recommend Surgery Group and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future should I require a second procedure.

Second hair transplant to fill crown and a few patches on temples. Harris Hair Transplant UK is in my opinion 2nd to none. Arrived early in the morning and was ushered into the clinic after going through health procedures which were professionally carried out. Dr Harris is an NHS plastic surgeon and is such a nice professional person and explains everything that he will be doing. His technicians are caring and professional in everything they do. Finished in the early afternoon and after further health screening and checking my observations I was allowed to leave to go home. Fantastic service from start to finish. When home I was contacted to make sure all was well. Excellent professional team.
