Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. I got my hair transplant done on the 20th September 2022

Hello if you are reading this then you are in the position I was 6months ago. I had a recommendation from a friend of a friend to use Transes Hair Transplant I received the details on the Monday and was in Istanbul on Wednesday Transes picked me up from the airport and took me to my hotel which was nice. My surgery was booked in for Thursday morning so was picked up from the hotel at 7:30 after having breakfast and taken to Transes office which was opposite the hotel for the pre-surgery consultation for approx 30mins and paid the money then I was driven to the Hospital. When I arrived I checked in and they put me in the consultation room where the surgeon drew my desired hairline which would have been on my natural hairline. Once we were all happy I went in for a blood test and a haircut where they shave your whole head ready for the surgery. The surgery then commenced with taking the grafts from the back of my head and placing them in a liquid to keep them for the implanting stage later. The whole surgery took approx 5hrs from start to finish. Then taken back to the hotel room with pain killers (I didn't use all of the pain killers provided as I didn't feel the need) and vitamins. 6months on I am over the moon with the results and I'm halfway through the growth stage so it will only get thicker and fuller. I visited Dr Cinik's clinic in September 2022 where I had a FUE Sapphire hair transplant carried out. From the beginning to now it has been the most smoothest process I could have ever hoped for and that is all down to Dr Cinik and all his staff. From the sales person who kept in contact with me on WhatsApp at the start, to the translator (Iryna) at the clinic who answered any questions or doubts I may have had and kept me relaxed throughout my journey there, she was amazing! And also the Dr's sister Eda who is the head of the medical team and was part of my transplant. She very kindly answered some questions I had about the transplant the day after it and all with a smile! And lastly the post-transplant support person who has kept in contact with me on WhatsApp (Cemil) and has been very kind! All in all, it has been a very good experience from start to finish and I would recommend Dr Cinik's Clinic to anyone who has thoughts of getting a hair transplant.

I had a hair transplant done.the doctors and technicians are world class.very happy with my results so far and the fact they were able to get maximum coverage with the grafts.i will go back in 12 months time for the last transplant. Tugce was my point of contact.she met me over there as pre arranged.very professional and very helpful.all of the team are professional. I had an online consultation a couple of months ago and was told I needed a 2200 graft. Today the team physically examined my hair and said that I didn't need surgery at this stage as finastride may be able to get the results I need without surgery. I was a bit surprised by this as my surgery slot was already arranged for this week but it is really good news and really shows that you are doing the best things for your patients-even when financially it is to your detriment. I will be sure to tell anyone that I can about the excellent service you have provided.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.

I have wanted to do a hair transplant for a long time. Through acquaintances, I found out the contact of Dr. Okan when I was on vacation in Antalya. We agreed with the doctor about the cost and time of the operation. In the morning we had a detailed interview where the doctor clarified the state of my health and the process of the future operation. They took a blood test and prescribed a method of operation. They quickly made anaesthesia, did an analysis of the bulbs and proceeded to the operation. Everything was absolutely painless. After receiving the grafts, the transplant holes were prepared and I was fed a delicious lunch. After lunch, we started planting grafts, during which I fell asleep)) After the operation, the doctor prescribed the necessary medications and gave a detailed description of further actions and head care. Created a chat in WhatsApp for operational interaction. Everything went professionally, quickly and painlessly (except for the injection of anesthesia).
