Haifa was an excellent coordinator and handled everything from transportation to the actual hair transplant. All went well and I can recommend the clinic for their professionalism and competitive pricing.

I travelled in from the UK, my choice to use Mcan was based on competitive pricing and reviews. Mcan came out about the best for me in terms of customer satisfaction and price. Interaction, contact between myself and the clinic were excellent both prior to booking. Eda did a great job answering all my questions prior to travelling which made the decision much easier. She sent me all information required including preparatory steps to take. On the day of my surgery, Dr Suzan Kartal explained how things would proceed and there was full transparency when it came to information provided. The technicians assisting were positively lovely, they were friendly and chatty with a very professional approach. It’s been 2 months since I had my procedure but must say I'm really pleased with the results so far and so glad that I went with Mcan health. I am confident the results will be excellent and at a fraction of what it would have cost in London. Overall, I cannot rate Mcan highly enough! I just wanted to know exactly what is going to happen and she always makes me feel welcomed and hasn’t once failed to answer my messages. She will inform and assist you through all journey to Istanbul. Private transfer from/to the Airport, from clinic to Hotel and back, hospitality at 5 stars Hotel - these all services are included in the price. First steps are a haircut and wash then drawing hairline and areas to be implanted. Later anaesthetizing the donor area and extraction of grafts I had 4020 grafts extracted. After lunch prepared by the clinic, implantation has done. I admit that it’s not an easy procedure but I’m happy about it. Because I don’t feel any particular pain and I don’t feel any dizziness after the procedure.
