Henesis Clinic is a hair restoration clinic in Şişli, Istanbul, providing individualized treatment planning for local and international patients.
Our approach starts with medical assessment rather than a predefined package or a target graft number. Each patient is evaluated according to their hair-loss pattern, donor-area characteristics, existing hair, treatment goals and possible future hair loss. The treatment technique is selected only after this assessment and may include Sapphire FUE, DHI or a combined approach when clinically appropriate.

The medical team includes Dr. Timur Aksu, MD, Lead Hair Restoration Physician, and Dr. Nora Derin, MD, Senior Hair Restoration Physician. Their clinical work covers areas including Sapphire FUE, DHI, Afro-textured hair restoration, unshaven procedures, female hair restoration, beard and eyebrow transplantation, donor preservation and corrective hair restoration.
Dr. Aksu has more than 14 years of medical experience and more than 12 years of experience in hair restoration. His clinical focus includes Sapphire FUE, DHI, Afro-textured hair, hairline planning, donor preservation and complex or corrective cases.
Dr. Derin has more than 12 years of medical experience and more than 10 years of experience in hair restoration. Her work particularly focuses on DHI, unshaven DHI, female hair restoration, diffuse thinning assessment, preservation of existing hair and crown planning.
At Henesis Clinic, physicians are directly responsible for the medical assessment, donor evaluation, treatment planning, hairline or recipient-area design, recipient-site creation and post-procedure clinical review. Trained clinical technicians support graft extraction and placement under physician supervision.

International patients are supported through a structured treatment journey. This may include remote case review before travel, medical planning, preparation before arrival, an in-person consultation in Istanbul, treatment, first-wash guidance, aftercare and continued remote follow-up after returning home.
Henesis also publishes documented clinical cases with information such as the treatment technique, graft count where available, treatment areas, follow-up period and responsible physician. This allows prospective patients to evaluate real cases with greater clinical context rather than relying only on promotional before-and-after images.
Patient suitability remains central to the consultation process. Not every type of hair loss or every patient is automatically considered suitable for transplantation. Donor capacity, existing hair, progression of hair loss and realistic treatment expectations are assessed before a treatment plan is confirmed.
