I was recommended by a friend to smile clinic as I was very impressed with his hair transplant. I sent a Wattsapp message to the number provided and was contacted by Alex. He provided me with the available price options and advised me on the main areas that needed the most attention with full accuracy 6 months on. The day before my flight I was also contacted by my drive who sent me a video of exactly where to go to meet him at the airport, Since my transplant Alex has been in touch with me to see how I am doing and is always there for any questions I need. I feel the communication was perfect from Alex I'd normally expect a response after 1-2 days but Alex responds to my questions within minutes which I feel is very important as well as my results.

When I arrived at this clinic for my hair transplant, I was greeted by a translator who gave me a thorough rundown of the procedure. The operation was painless and took 7 hours to complete. For any questions or concerns I had, the staff was compassionate, respectful, and very approachable. During my stay in Istanbul, they offered transportation to and from my hotel, as well as picking me up and dropping me off at the airport. I would highly recommend this clinic to those pursuing cosmetic surgery, specifically a hair transplant in my case.

Overall a fantastic experience. I had my operation four days ago. My hair transplant operation went fantastic, beyond what I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful although I was nervous they managed the situation very professionally. The clinic is beautiful and really close to the hotel, which is very convenient. When I arrived in Istanbul, their VIP pick-up service took me from the airport and brought to the hotel. All the service was completely satisfactory. I totally recommend the clinic and you can trust them with quality service. I will keep you updated on the progress.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sanamentum! I had 4500 grafts planted. Unfortunately due to Covid, I had to postpone my surgery for 1 year and even then they kept me in the loop with current guidelines as to when I could come for surgery. My coordinator was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. The whole surgery took around 7-8 hours. I was given all the necessary medication after surgery and was brought back to Hotel. All information required for aftercare was on what's app. The clinic was very clean and hygienic I am happy with the overall experience just need to wait and see the results now. From start to follow-up, everything went perfectly. Highly supportive and professional staff, excellent facility and great overall organization. Did I mention all that for a fair price? I’m in month 3 post-op and new hairs are just starting to grow and get stronger. So far so good. I can only recommend the clinic!
