Good experience, the surgery went smoothly, and I am very pleased with the results. The staff is very nice.

This is a wonderfully run clinic. As proof, this is my second trip to the place. The first time, I accompanied a friend who had the transplants done. The result was very successful. However, since my friend does not have a lot of hair and needed to add more, we came a second time with another friend who also wanted work done. In my particular case, my hairline was thinning and so I decided as well to join the club. From the first communication with Ahmet, who coordinated everything, the entire procedure for all of us was smooth and seamless. As all our needs were not the same, Ahmet paid attention to make sure our individual needs were addressed accordingly. The pick up at the airport, the hotel accommodations, the actual procedure and post care were all as easy as one would want. There are many clinics in Istanbul - many of which are factories that do the same cookie cutter procedure regardless of ones particular needs. This is not the case here. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want a professional, discreet, safe and clean environment. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. PS communication in English is absolutely no problem--i.e. our Turkish is non-existent...it took me a few days just to learn to say 'Thank you"! =)

I was very unsure about considering transplant. After a lot of thinking, I made an enquiry using Whatclinic. I saw so many options that I was a little overwhelmed to begin with. However, Since the moment Tetik made contact with me, they stood out. Tugce was constant, consistent and prompt with all communication, answering my questions and even calling me on the first day I made the enquiry. And from then on, Tugce and Tetik were constant and consistent in answering my questions deeply and promptly which I liked. I decided to go with them over other well-known clinics due to additional treatments that they told me about which could benefit me. When I arrived for my operation, again, Tetik were constantly in communication with me, they solved any issue I had (even a minor matter at the hotel when I first arrived) and reassured me at all times. My experience at the clinic was excellent 👌 Meeting Tugce for the first time was pleasant, and indeed the rest of the team at Tetik, from the clinicians to the Doctor that oversaw my op were all brilliant with me. They were all very friendly, and reassuring and explained each step and things to me. I felt very good and assured in their presence. Even after the operation, Tugce and the team have continued to be so helpful with me, staying in constant contact and answering all my questions fully. I really recommend Tetik and their team, they showed care and did what they told me they would do

Around six months ago, I decided to have both a hair transplant and dental implants at BSC Health. A few weeks ago, I returned for the implant crowns, and it was actually nice to see the team again. The atmosphere at the clinic is friendly but still very professional, which makes you feel comfortable from the start. Overall, it has been a very positive journey for me. I’m genuinely pleased with both the care and the results.
