I travelled from the UK to have a rhinoplasty as a friend of a friend recommended Dr Caner. I was very nervous about the surgery but all of my queries were answered promptly and I had an online consultation with Dr Caner before booking. The surgery went really well and I am pleased with the outcome. All of the staff were very friendly and really helpful throughout the process and have even kept in contact since returning home to England.

I found Dr. Tolga on Instagram and really liked his work so I decided to have him as my doctor for nose surgery. I contacted many doctors but I found Dr Tolga better than them all. He was really good at explaining the whole process when I first time contacted him on WhatsApp. The first time when I went for the first appointment I really liked how intelligent he is, was really good at explaining and listened to me carefully about how I want my nose to look like. I liked the assistant Gulsum so much she was such a great girl and helped us so much. I want to thank Dr Tolga and Gulsum so much for everything. I am really happy with the result and love my nose.

I had my rhinoplasty surgery on May 29, 2025. I'm currently 2 weeks post-op. Like anyone, I was very nervous about having surgery abroad 😬. I did as much research as I could, looked at many reviews from past clients of Vanity Cosmetics, and I’m glad I chose this company for my surgery. My surgeon was Dr. Kadri, who was so kind and approachable. As a nurse myself, I’m very cautious of surgeons; however, I felt very listened to and cared for by this doctor. I’m not completely satisfied with my nose yet, but I understand it takes many months to see the final result, so I’m optimistic :) The patient advocate Guven is AMAZING! He truly is a customer service guru — anything I needed, he got back to me with an answer immediately 😌 and reassured me throughout the whole process. Cons: I will say that any plastic surgery in Turkey is a bit like a conveyor belt. It’s very “one in, one out” — they thrive on a constantly moving business model. If you’re aware of this concept, then you should be fine. They don’t compromise on patient safety while doing this :) A lot of the staff don’t speak English :( which isn’t a huge issue, but when you arrive at the clinic on the day of your surgery, the receptionist asks you to sign paperwork very quickly — paperwork about the surgery and anesthesia. You need to take time to read it, even though they rush you and say “I read, I accept.” The negatives are in no way a deterrent from this clinic. I had a positive experience — but it’s good to know the full picture of any procedure before you undergo it :)

I came from outside Istanbul to be examined by Mr. Ferhat, both in my own city and in Istanbul. The care and attention of Ms. Duygu and Ms. Hande. Mr. Ferhat's smiling face, his professional appearance is relaxing. We performed the procedure and I was very pleased with both the process and the result. Breathing is freedom, so be free too 😊
