Dr. Neptune Hair Transplant Clinic

It’s been a little while, but I really want to highlight just how amazing the level of care at Doctor Neptune was. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
Working with the coordinators was smooth and completely stress-free. Everything was organised perfectly. The procedure itself was practically painless, which honestly surprised me. I was also paying close attention to hygiene standards at the clinic, and they were absolutely impeccable.
I also have to mention the hotel and transfers - top-notch quality. I didn’t expect that level of comfort, and it made the whole experience even better.
I highly recommend Doctor Neptune and I highly recommend Antalya.
P.S. My new hair has honestly given me a new life.

I loved every part of this experience. The organisation was great, everything was thoroughly planned and well executed. The doctors and nurses were soo cheerful and kind, as well as them being very good at their jobs, I cannot recommend them enough. The doctor even gave me a gift, which I appreciate greatly. Asli organised this whole thing and communicated to me almost every day before and after the hairline transplant procedure, she's super hard-working and a great person. The driver was also nice and I thanked him too. Through consultation I was initially told they would transplant 2500 grafts, they went above that after seeing me face to face without extra charge, I really recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a hair transplant in Turkey.

I had a seamless and comfortable experience.

I flew over from Scotland in Feb 2024 and the guys were there waiting for me at the airport on arrival. From there, they drove me straight to my hotel for the night before picking me up again the next morning and taking me to the clinic. The procedure lasted for around 8/9 hours with the staff all really friendly and looking after me well. They constantly check in with you to make sure you are comfortable.

Asli was great and remained my point of contact from booking through to completion and helped made me feel really welcome and safe.

I am now on day 11 post op and I am really pleased with the results so far - all round really great experience and great price.

It can be confusing choosing a clinic so I made contact with a number of different ones. Asli responded quickly and answered all my questions. After a consultation over a video call and after they put my mind at rest I decided they were the right clinic for me. I am happy to say I made the right choice as everything went as well as I could have wanted and my hair is growing back strong. They are a friendly and professional team who know exactly what they are doing. I am more than happy to recommend them. They looked after me and I am very grateful.

I would highly recommend this clinic, for a few reasons. For me, it was essential that I didn't need a full head shave for the transplant and both the donor and transplant areas are possible to cover with other hair without a sign that I am after a hair transplant.
Surgery was performed by professionals who have decades of experience in hair transplants.

Flexibility on date, central location, and parking nearby was a bonus.
Most importantly manager Asil's advice and guidance, before and after surgery, communication skills answering all questions exceeded any expectations.

So my review is 10 out of ten.

I was well looked after. Right from talking to Asli on the phone, to my arrival at the clinic, and meeting Dr Oznur and all the other members of the staff, they were all lovely. They explained the procedure (DHI) and did a fabulous job.

The post-op care and communication were amazing as well.
Long after you’ve left Turkey they still check on you to know how you’re doing. I think they’re the best service provider.

Highly recommend this clinic

The all female team at the clinic were very professional and made me very relaxed. The session was 11 hours. The pain was bearable, it was the aneasthesia injections that hurt but these are essential. It was pain similar to a long tattoo session. I have only had my transplant two days ago but am very hopeful for the final outcome. The team said they were very proud of the results. Asli was my contact at the clinic, as she speaks very good English. She explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. I had been quoted 1600 euros for 4000 grafts but on the day they took 4500+ for no extra money. I am very happy i chose this clinic. Transfers were also included and i am looking forward to seeing the results. Many thanks to the team at the clinic

Hi. So Far Soo Good.. to be honest the best experience of my hair transplant as it was 2nd time and way better than the one I had before in turkey. Very smooth, easy, painless, neater and very well looked after by the staff and workers. They all very friendly, loving and caring. Very prompt reply and amazing after-service care too. 11th Oct 2023 I had my hair transplant and they did the perfect job and covered my head all in all very nicely as they promised. Before I walked to Clinic, I had met with three other hair transplant clinics in Antalya. I don't want to mention their names, but I wasn't really impressed with any of them. The average price was 3500 for 1500-2000 hair grafts. My biggest issue was my underlying disease (dissecting cellulitis); those unfortunate enough to have it know how bad it is. So, hair transplant was the least important thing for me. Besides, I didn't feel like I had enough donor area for a good outcome.

When I went to their office, they already had two clients at the moment undergoing the procedure. The lady, Asli, who greeted me, spoke perfect English. I explained my underlying disease to her, and my expectation was just to get a professional opinion if my case could be treated. She immediately called a dermatologist surgeon, an extremely lovely and very professional lady who had experience with people who had the same condition. I was immediately convinced that they were the right people.

They were already booked for the next day, but still, they took me knowing it was the only time I had. I probably was their worst case. Besides the hair transplant procedure, they had to open, clean, and disinfect my cysts. Only after that, did they plant the hair. It was a long procedure, but I couldn't be happier with the result. It's been only one week since, and I am back in the USA. Though it's just the beginning, and the end result will be seen in a year, it already looks way better than before.

I've never seen someone with such a work ethic. They took me at 6 pm and finished at 6 am. I was literally the last client, and they had to move to a different location the next day. Asli drove to my hotel the next day after working without sleep for two days to apply ointment to my scalp and see if the surgery was a success. They transplanted 47,000 grafts. I won't mention the price because they are definitely undercharging, even compared to other hair transplant clinics in Turkey. I haven't had a transplant with every clinic in Turkey, but I can assure you that nobody can be better than them. It's just impossible. Even if you're staying in Istanbul and it's not convenient for you, I still recommend flying to Antalya; it's only a one-hour flight to go see them. It's your health; don't play a roulette game.
