The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.

My hair was thinning mainly due to age related issues, this can be hard to accept for both men and women. Drove past Total Hair Loss Solutions Clinic one day and decided to make an enquiry. From day one, Sat was reassuring and supportive. Once he’d explained exactly why my hair was thinning (first time anyone had), I understood how the various treatments could work. I’ve had 30 minutes under a laser each week and also used the Re-stim drops, shampoo, and conditioner and also taken vitamin tablets. After 12 months, my hair is now not only much thicker but in better condition than it was before I started. The option to pay in instalments is there and I would definitely recommend for others try if they’re concerned about their hair loss.

I had a hair transplant at this clinic in July 2023. The doctor was Yusuf Ozturk. We previously contacted the doctor and made an operation plan. Everything went well on the day of the operation. We started at 11:00 and finished at 18:00. It's been half a year and I'm happy with the result. Yusuf is a very good attentive doctor and a true professional.

Very professional clinic and they care about their customers after the surgery also. The facilities are also very clean and great.

So here’s my review of Now Cosmetic Surgery following a double eyelift, breast implants and uplift. A friend suggested Now after she had surgery with them and was impressed with them. My first contact was via Facebook and they seemed very professional. I then sent photos via email and was given a firm price, the lots of info about the process and what to expect. The communication was easy, the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. As I live quite a distance from Yorkshire I chose to have a consultation by phone which went through basic medical questions, again very professional. I chose my surgery date, booked our flights and paid a £500 deposit to Now by credit card over the phone to confirm my booking. I received a receipt immediately and a confirmation email. My boyfriend went with me and only had to pay for flights as an accompanying friend is no extra charge for accommodation etc. About a week before I was due to travel to Istanbul, I received a call from Karl at Now. He went through a few last details with me, gave me a few tips on what to take etc which was useful and very reassuring. The 4-hour flight was Manchester to Istanbul Ataturk with Turkish Airlines and was really good. As we went through to arrivals we turned right and met my personal driver near the Vodafone stand as instructed. He was holding a board with my name on it. He helped us with our luggage and took us to the Mercedes which was beautiful; blacked out windows, leather and walnut interior, wifi, a drinks cabinet etc. The journey to the villa took about 30 minutes. The first impression of the villa was wow! We drove into the private gated grounds, walked into the 5-star villa which is really plush with the super cool decor and was welcomed by the lovely Lula. Our room was very nice, immaculately clean with twin beds and en-suite bathroom. The heated pool is quite big and the staff were lovely during our stay. The next morning was surgery day. The LIV Hospital is as impressive as the patient villa; super futuristic and absolutely immaculate. I met the surgeon and went through everything with him. He spoke good English and was lovely. I was gowned up and into surgery soon after. Obviously, for the next couple of hours, I was under the general anaesthetic. However, all went well and I awoke in my recovery room and spent one night there, well looked after but a bit groggy. The next afternoon it was back to the patient villa where I recuperated for four days. I did have a check up back at the hospital after a day in the villa. The staff are all so lovely, took care of me and my boyfriend in every way. All the meals were healthy and very nice. The nurse was good and made sure I took my pain relief, medication and changed my dressings etc. I did have some discomfort but it was expected. We were driven back to the airport and flew back to Manchester. The day after we returned I got a call from Karl checking how everything went and how I was which I really appreciated. The service from start to finish was superb in every way and I’ll recommend Now Cosmetic Surgery to friends. The only negative if I had to think of something was that the weather wasn’t great while we were in Turkey. Superb service.

Overall I am quite happy with the experience I had at Global Medical Care, yesterday I had a 3000 graft transplant done and although it will take a few months for the results to start showing I'm hoping that I will see a significant improvement. Looking forward to the 6-month review and will update the review with details of how things went for me personally, although it was a long procedure the technicians were very friendly, and professional. And most importantly, trustworthy, they tell you what can be done and what not. Also shoutout to the other members of the team including Albert, Asu.. as they were all happy to answer any of my many questions and address raised concerns.

I have been seeing Shirley McDonald since the 22nd October and attended my second appointment on the 2nd December and I am already seeing early improvements and regrowth from years of extensive hair loss. The products prescribed to me and the service I receive at the clinic are of a very high standard.

It was convenient for me to go to this clinic as it was only about ten miles away. They also had reasonable rates for skin tag removals. The treatment was absolutely great value, and they gave me a much better price than the other places I’d consulted. The removal left no scar behind - I healed perfectly. The clinic was lovely. I received a warm welcome from the person at reception and had no problems with the service at all. Before I went through with anything, they let me know I’d probably only need one visit, but that I could come back if I wasn’t satisfied. Everything was smooth and professionally-run.
