I flew to Sule Hair from Canada and I had a fantastic experience, I was pretty nervous but that quickly went away when I finally arrived to the clinic. They had someone pick me up from the airport and drop me off at the hotel and picked me up the next morning to go to the clinic. It was super easy and always was able to get a hold of someone if I needed it. The procedure itself went better than I could've hoped and they were very good and really did a great job with the placement of the follicles and overall I'm very happy with the density of the hair and my recovery was super fast too. They really care about making sure they do the job right the first time which I really appreciate. I'm now on day 12 and I really like how they continue to follow up with me and ask for photo updates to make sure everything is proceeding correctly and still continue to answer questions even though i'm back in Canada. I highly recommend them.

I had gone there by myself which was scary alone but it never felt like I was alone due to Ghufran she was in contact at every stage or if I needed or ask about anything. Still stay in touch where I did think once I come back that's it but no, still in contact. I had liposuction done on my abs, waist and flanks. Two weeks after the procedure the swelling and bruising are almost completely healed. I had wanted to have lipo done for such a long time but was scared because of the pain and recovery time. I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times. After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I could not recommend Dr Khalil and his clinic more highly. I had the feeling I could trust him and his clinic from the first call. In any procedure, this is of absolute importance. I had hair transplanting done yesterday and it took approx 6 hours from start to finish. You do not leave his hands he cares for you from the moment you get there. I'm not going to say it was painless, I have a very sensitive scalp but Dr Khalil did absolutely everything he could to make it as comfortable as possible. He is kind, caring and a credit to his profession. His technicians are professional, friendly, helpful and equally caring when sorting the "onions" for replanting.
