They made my reservation after I bought my plane ticket. When I arrived in Istanbul, they warmly welcomed me with a Mercedes vehicle and allowed me to stay at the hotel in the city center. My operation started 16th on March 2022. First, they picked me up from the hotel and took me to the clinic for the operation. I met the doctor and first we determined my hairline together as I wanted. The operating room was very clean. The doctor and team were very friendly and professional. My operation took about 8 hours. My preference was the DHI method, 4200 grafts were implanted. The next day, after resting, they picked me up again from the hotel and took me to the clinic, washed my head, and removed the bandages. They tell me how to wash my hair when I return to my country. They explained in detail how I should take my medicines.

I am from America and everything went smoothly. From the coordinated ride to the hotel, the full procedure, all the way back to the airport - all was scheduled and smooth. Hi I would really like to thank this clinics for my hair transplant from the get-go . This whole experience was daunting at first but with the way they informed me at each stage was excellent. I had gone there by myself which was scary alone but it never felt like I was alone due to Ghufran she was in contact at every stage or if I needed or ask about anything. I will highly recommend this clinic from every angle. Even when I'm back in London their after care is brilliant. Still stay in touch where I did think once I come back that's it but no, still in contact. My surgeon Mustafa was very caring while going through surgery kept asking if I'm ok, needed anything which like again I'm very happy. I just can't wait to share the end result of my hair transplant. Hi you guys! Like most, I've always wanted VSG since 19 when I stepped foot on my college campus. Everyone else was relatively slim and then there was me 215 lbs at 5'3. Fast forward to 2020. I'm now 22 and have a stable job and insurance (BCBS of AL) with no kids or spouse. In 2018, I ended up losing 60 lbs from 210 lbs and got down to 159 lbs, but I only managed to keep 10 lbs off. As of today I am 200 lbs and my BMI is 36.7. I’m sick of the yo-yo dieting and I decided to have surgery. I’ve had a lot weight loss. I’m currently 10 months post op, down 60 pounds and currently weigh 140 lbs. I’m 5’4. I trust myself now. I have a boyfriend and he likes me very much. Everything about the clinic was great. My whole experience from my consultation to my post op appointment was phenomenal! The procedure itself was great, minimal downtime, and my results were amazing. They let me know what to expect before, during and after the procedure. They sent me home with a care package and called me a few times within the first few days to see how things were going. I took my 6 week post op pics and my before and after pics were amazing! So happy with my results and my whole experience. Would highly recommend!

Hi All From start to finish clinic gave a professional and excellent service, the messages and questions I asked were always replied to promptly for the initial assessments and information regarding travel and the experience! So you have VIP transfer to the Hotel which was very nice and 2 min walk from the clinic which is very comfortable and easy a specially after treatments. The surgery was 95% pain-free which was fantastic and the staff were also great and made me feel very welcome, once there you get all the information needed and they make you feel relax and comfortable. This is not the biggest company in Antalya but they give 110% and they concentrate just on you so it was 4 people looking after me which make you feel good about it. Back home they also offer a fantastic aftercare programme to make sure they are there for you whenever you have a question! I would 100% recommend this clinic not always biggest and expensive is the best!!

It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I'm so pleased I discovered Laser Life clinic. I had a stubborn spot for ages and was becoming very self-conscious about it. I had tried every spot remedy under the sun to no avail. I made an appointment and was seen by the lovely friendly Lizzie who put me totally at ease. I had an infected cyst which was needle aspirated (didnt hurt a bit) and then treated with a Fractional laser. Even that didnt hurt as much as I thought. The whole process was quick and simple. There was no hard sell or add ons, the price I was quoted was what I paid. I have a follow-up appointment to check my progress. I would highly recommend it.
