Dr Jerald Goldstein

Biography:
A native Texan, is the founder and medical director at Fertility Specialists of Texas. He is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Tulane University and graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Goldstein’s passion for helping couples achieve a pregnancy is reflected in his kind and compassionate relationship he develops with patients. Following his residency and fellowship, Dr. Goldstein was an Assistant Professor in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis. Dr. Goldstein is the author of scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals including Fertility and Sterility and Obstetrics and Gynecology and has lectured on a variety of topics related to reproduction and fertility.

Dr. Goldstein’s areas of expertise include in vitro fertilization, recurrent pregnancy loss, polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, donor egg, pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, and fertility preservation in couples undergoing therapy for cancer. Dr. Goldstein and his wife Jennifer live in North Dallas with their two sons, Ryan and Ben.

Dr Dorette Noorhasan

Biography:
Is Board Certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She earned her Doctorate in Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine.

She subsequently completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at University of Texas – Houston, and her sub-specialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at New Jersey Medical School – University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. While in medical school, Dr. Noorhasan participated in medical missions to Guatemala and Mexico and is conversant in Spanish. Dr. Noorhasan has received numerous awards including the David Rothbaum, M.D. Award in Obstetrics and Gynecology while in medical school, Southern Medical Association Research Grant Award, and the George Schneider Second Prize at the ACOG District VII Annual Meeting. She participated in Frontiers in Reproduction’s intense, six-week Reproductive Biology course as well as the Berlex Foundation Faculty Development Workshop.

Dr. Noorhasan has also published several articles in Human Reproduction, Fertility and Sterility, and Women’s Health Issues. Dr. Noorhasan understands both the physiological and the psychological aspects of a woman diagnosed with infertility. She is the author of the chapter “Does Psychiatric Diagnosis Affect Fertility Outcomes?” in the book entitled “Women’s Reproductive Mental Health Across the Lifespan.” Dr. Noorhasan is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility as well as the Texas Medical Association and Dallas County Medical Society.

She enjoys all aspects of reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Her particular interests include in vitro fertilization, pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, and fertility preservation. As a native of the United States Virgin Islands, Dr. Noorhasan provides a nice blend of a friendly warm atmosphere along with a structured fertility plan.

Rebecca Chilvers

Biography:
Is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has completed a sub-specialty fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She received her undergraduate degree at Baylor University in Waco, TX and medical degree at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA.

She completed her residency and sub-specialty training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where she also earned a Master of Medical Science degree. In addition to being experienced with in vitro fertilization and fertility treatments, she is one of the few women reproductive endocrinologists in North Texas who has received specialized training on the da Vinci Robotic Surgical System, a minimally invasive option she uses for complex surgical procedures, including myomectomies and tubal reversals.

During medical school she received the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award and in residency she obtained a research grant and received numerous teaching awards.

She is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. A native of Shreveport, LA, Dr. Chilvers has an appreciation for different cultures and good food.She and her husband Dean currently live in Frisco with their daughter Natalie.She enjoys spending time with her family and friends who live in various parts of Louisiana and Texas and vacationing at the beach when time permits.Dr. Chilvers was recently recognized as a Mom-Approved Doctor by Dallas Child Magazine for 2015 and a Top Doctor by Castle Connolly.
