Dr Michael D. Fox

Biography:
Dr. Fox was born in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in Jacksonville, Florida where he attended The Bolles School. After graduating from Auburn University, he received his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1987. After completing one-year internship in Internal Medicine at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, he transferred to the University of Mississippi for an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency. After completing his residency in 1992, Dr. Fox was awarded a two-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. Dr. Fox has received many awards and scholastic accolades during his educational training. During medical school at the University of Alabama Birmingham, Dr. Fox was inducted into the prestigious honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha in his Junior year of training. Dr. Fox passed his board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1995 and sub specialty certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in 1997. Dr. Fox serves as the Medical Director of Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine. In addition, he is an Assistant Professor and serves as the Division Chief for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at the University of Florida Health Science Center Jacksonville

Dr Christopher W. Lipari

Biography:
Dr. Lipari was born and raised on the South Shore of Long Island, New York and attended Adelphi University Honors College where he graduated with the highest honors, Summa Cum Laude. Upon graduation from college, Dr. Lipari received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, where he also served as a Biochemistry and Physiology tutor. In 2004, he completed his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, where he received the Robert E. Nesbitt Jr., M.D. “Outstanding Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology” award, the Achievement Award from the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, as well the “Best Teaching Resident” award from Berlex Pharmaceuticals. After completing his residency, Dr. Lipari was awarded a three-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland.

Dr. Sarah Paschall was born and raised in North Dakota where she graduated summa cum laude in chemical engineering from the University of North Dakota. Upon graduation, Dr. Paschall continued her education at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine where she received her medical degree in 2003. Dr. Paschall and her husband then relocated to Jacksonville, FL where she completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2007. During her time in residency, Dr. Paschall spent time with the physicians of Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine where she discovered her passion for gynecologic surgery. This passion continued into her practice with the University of Florida physicians where she served as an Associate Professor, earning many prestigious awards including an Excellence in Teaching Award in 2007 and Exemplary Teacher in 2009 and 2010.
