He was responsible for all functions of a large clinical in vitro fertilization laboratory, including IVF, assisted hatching, Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), testicular and epididymal sperm preparation, embryo biopsy and preimplanta-tion genetics, embryo cryogenics, andrology, and the quality control programs for the laboratory. In addition, Mr. Dasig is one of the first American embryologists to obtain a master‘s degree with specialized training in clinical human embryology. While attending the Danube University of Krems, he was able to study at the Bourn Hall Clinic in Cambridge, UK, where Drs. Patrick Steptoe and Robert Edwards conceived the first IVF baby, Louise Brown. Moreover, he is considered in the field to be an expert at blastomere biopsy and fixation. Mr. Dasig has authored and coauthored more than 25 peer-reviewed publications and abstracts in the field of in vitro fertilization, many of them focusing on early embryo development and blastocyst culture.

She previously worked in a private practice in Jacksonville, Florida, that offered all aspects of advanced reproductive medicine including IVF. During her fellowship, as well as in her private practice, she developed a special interest in the evaluation and treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Dr. Farah-Eways is board certified in both obstetrics/gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
