Biography:

Professor Geeta Nargund is the Medical Director of CREATE Fertility.

She is also a Senior Consultant Gynaecologist and Lead Consultant for Reproductive Medicine services at St George’s Hospital, London. She has published more than 100 peer-reviewed scientific papers including abstracts and also several book chapters in the field of reproductive medicine. She is a pioneer in the field of Natural and Mild IVF and Advanced Ultrasound Technology in Reproductive Medicine.

She is an accredited trainer for Infertility and Gynaecological Ultrasound special skills modules by the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (RCOG) London and British Fertility Society (BFS). She pioneered the use of follicular Doppler in assessing “Egg quality” in humans. She also published the first scientific paper on “Cumulative live birth rates with Natural cycle IVF”. She is the Co-Editor-In Chief of The European Scientific Journal, Facts,Views and Vision in OBGYN and is on the International Editorial Board of the Scientific journal, The Journal of Human Reproductive Sciences. She has been a senior governor of primary and secondary state schools in south London.

Consultant & Director of Ultrasound Professor Stuart Campbell is a pioneer of Ultrasound Diagnosis in medicine and has introduced many new techniques such as the routine pregnancy scan, the early diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, the assessment of fetal growth and wellbeing and ultrasound screening for ovarian cancer. He holds numerous international honours and has recently introduced 3D scanning to the UK and set up the first 4D Ultrasound Clinic. Mr Deval is a highly skilled and experienced Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who joined CREATE Fertility in 2014. Mr Deval trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in various university hospitals in the London (South Thames) Deanery, where his main interests were Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He then worked as a Clinical Research Fellow in Assisted Reproduction at King’s College Hospital, and is skilled in minimal access surgery (Hysteroscopic/Laparoscopic surgery) for optimising outcomes of fertility treatment. Before coming to CREATE he worked as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals for more than a year. Mr Deval was drawn to CREATE because of our philosophy of using Natural and Mild approaches in women with low ovarian reserve and has come to strongly believe that this is the best way of trying to help such women realise their wishes. In his spare time Mr Deval loves spending time with friends and family, going on activity holidays and listening to music.

Biography:

Dr Larisa Corda is an IVF Doctor. She was born in Sarajevo, Former Yugoslavia, and came to live in the UK aged 7. She grew up in Leeds, before moving to London to complete her medical studies at Imperial College, gaining an MBBS and BSc in 2007.

In 2010, she decided to specialise in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Deciding to focus on fertility specifically, she worked in Sydney from 2012-2013, gaining experience with IVF Australia, and completing research that specifically examined the differences in demographics and IVF access amongst patients across Australia.

She returned to the UK and obtained her MRCOG and further training in IVF. She joined the CREATE team in 2017 and her research interests have included investigating the inequity of access to reproductive healthcare, as well as the impact of emotional well-being on IVF.
