Mr Adrian Lower is an expert in the management of a number of key gynaecological conditions including uterine fibroids, Asherman’s Syndrome, Endometriosis and Fertility Disorders. Patients often find him by researching for a specialist Consultant in these fields or are referred to him by other Consultants and specialist clinicians for these conditions.

Alison is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with particular interests in pelvic floor & bladder conditions, traumatic childbirth and also high-risk pregnancy including HIV and drugs in pregnancy. As a Consultant at the Royal Free Hospital in London, Alison has been involved in the NHS London Maternity Services Improvement Board, and and was co-chair of the user engagement group, leading to the production of ‘What Women Want’, a review and guidelines now being implemented in the NHS.

Amanda has a special interest in menstrual disorders, polycystic ovarian disease, the menopause and fertility. Amanda provides fertility treatments for couples and single women, including Ovulation Induction, Intrauterine Insemination (partner and donor) and IVF treatment. She is a specialist in minimal access surgery dealing particularly with conditions affecting a woman’s chance of achieving a pregnancy either naturally or through assisted conception. These include, amongst others, the treatment of ovarian cysts, endometriosis, hydrosalpinges, fibroids and endometrial polyps. Amanda also provides vaginal laser surgery for the treatment of vaginal dryness in the menopause and for the treatment of vaginal laxity.
